A prerogative of this farm is the possibility to taste local products.
All meals are served in a small, but friendly dining room, where Miss Lucrezia fills with pleasure her guests with a rich variety of local meals and self production.
Some specialities:
- fragrant country bit-size pizza, Parmigiana, stuffed aubergines and vegetables of the season, etc.
- tasty first courses with pastes made by themselves like the typical orecchiette with meat sauce or with aubergines, tagliatelle with legumes, minestrone from the kitchen-garden, the traditional ‘ncapriet’ (puree of broad been and chicory), or the typical tiella (rise with potatoes and mussels).
- Second courses are based on local meats, which are prepared in a different way and dairy produce (various types of cheese).
- Finally pies and homemade sweets: bocconotti, sciù, cartellate, pettole, bocca di dama, dita degli apostoli, zeppole, ecc. ecc.
